Those writing should include their name, address, telephone number and signature.

Once you are enrolled, your name and telephone number will remain listed for five years, or until that telephone number is no longer valid.

If you are on the “Do-not-call” list and receive an unsolicited call from a telemarketer, you may file a complaint with the Bureau of Consumer Protection through their web site at www.attorneygeneral.gov or call 1-800-441-2555 for assistance.
